Purpose of Data Processing
We will only process your personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. Your data will be processed if the following legal requirements apply:

We use your data to answer inquiries or to contact you and to communicate with you about your particular request.
We store your data in our CRM, email programme, or other internal administration programmes.
All departments necessary to fulfil our contractual services or in relation to pre-contractual activities have access to the data.
Legal Basis of the Processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is primarily Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is party or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Storage Period and/or Criteria for determining the Duration
We will only retain the data you have made available to us for as long as is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes or as stipulated by law to observe the required storage periods. For example, the retention period of your data may be derived from § 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and § 147 of the German Tax Code (AO). In this context, every businessperson is required to retain trading books for a period of 10 years, as well as business letters (including contract-relevant emails) for a period of 6 years. The retention period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the last entry in the trading book was made or the business letter was received or sent.
If the respective purpose ceases to apply or after expiry of the respective deadlines, your data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the legal regulations.
Transfer of your Data to Third Parties
We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have consented to it.
