TRAINING OBJECTIVE
In order to submit a bid to public clients, the qualification of the "person responsible in accordance with RSA for securing work sites on roads", who must be named, must be proven. In the absence of this proof, the contracting authority reserves the right to exclude the bid from evaluation. This has been the case since the ZTV SA 97 on Section 45 (6) of the StVO came into force. After passing the final examination, you will be allowed to work as a responsible person in accordance with RSA for securing work sites on roads.
